Just a few words about my experience with Diversified Machining Systems Inc.:

We received the 2nd Freedom Machine ever made from DMS. Prior to purchasing this machine from DMS I had searched for over 2 years for a small format CNC machine that had an automatic tool changer and an easy to use on-board tool height adjustment feature. How nice not to have to use a probe to set the tool height when changing cutters. The features that are available on this FMT machine are some of the same features found on machines costing over twice the cost of the Freedom machine. We needed to find a machine with a small footprint, since we have limited space in our facility. I am now approaching the 2nd anniversary date of having our 4 X 4 FMT installed in our facility. You would have thought that since it was only the 2nd FMT built, that I would have had some issues with it. I am pleased to say that this machine has operated flawlessly since day 1. DMS's dedication to quality and customer service is unsurpassed. Even with our current economic conditions, this machine has allowed us to expand and grow our business with new and innovative products.

Brian with Freedom Machine Tools and DMS proved to be a very knowledgeable CNC machinist and an excellent trainer. He strictly walked us through the training regimen while giving us insight into the great potential of OrthoRouter both within and outside the orthotics industry. His hand made training manual and ancillary notes was incredibly useful not only and training but as reference point after he left. Brian had an enthusiastic attitude the entire time and pushed us to maximize our investment and training. During training, Brian made an effort to explain the inner working of both the mill and the coding that ran it. This helped us at Soley Orthotics to better understand the machines operations and thus our operation of it. He went un-questionably above and beyond his job description at every turn.
